The guided tour of the caves lasts 60 minutes.


Reservations are highly recommended.

Dogs are not allowed

Please note that dogs are not allowed on the caves site.


The tour counts 580 steps and is unfortunately not accessible to PRM...


In the cave, it is 12°C all year round. Remember to equip yourself accordingly.

The guided tour :
Visits of the caves are only possible upon reservation. The tour is guided and lasts 60 minutes.
Unfortunately, access is not possible for people with reduced mobility or heart troubles: even if the return is partly by lift, the tour includes a total of 580 steps. 
Our four-legged friends are not allowed in the caves.

Reception desk:
The Hotton Caves welcome you in a friendly environment in the middle of nature, 5 minutes away from the centre of Hotton by car.
Our staff is multilingual, visits are made in French, Dutch or English.

In addition to the visit, the Hotton Caves offer a large free car park, a brand new wooden playground, a reception building with toilets, a cafeteria as well as a souvenir shop…

Every day from 10.00 to 17.00
(18.00 in July and August)

Last departure : 16.00

From All Saints' Day to Easter

Visits at fixed times:
During weekends at 12.30 – 14.00 – 15.30

Visits are possible every day, upon reservation only, for groups of at least 20 people.

Christmas / Carnival holidays

Visits at fixed times:
Every day at 11.00 – 12.30 – 14.00 – 15.30
